Cancellations + No-Shows:

 

We value your appointment and ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or failure to show up will incur a $50 fee. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file or billed accordingly. This policy helps us serve all clients efficiently and ensures availability for all.

Late Arrival Policy:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule to ensure other appointments are not affected. A late arrival may also result in a reduced treatment time.
